How long does it take for you to build a garden office?

Most of our garden offices (and garden room builds in general) take just over 3 weeks to complete.

How much is a small garden office?

Please get in touch to let us know the size you are thinking, however generally speaking our small garden offices start at £16,995 including VAT.

Can you create a garden office with storage?

Yes, we can create a bespoke garden office to your requirements, which can include internal and external storage space.

Do you supply an electrical certificate?

Yes, electrical certificates are provided for the electrics installed in our garden offices/studios/rooms.

What insulation do you use for your garden rooms?

We use Eco Therm Cellotex in our garden structure walls, floor and ceiling.

Is there a payment plan for your garden office?

Yes, payment plans are agreed before we start work on your garden room.

How much does it cost for a medium sized garden studio?

Our garden studios are bespoke and the cost will depend on the actual size and specification, however generally speaking, the cost for a medium sized garden room is from £21,995 including VAT.

How much does it cost for a large garden studio?

It takes our experienced team at Wernham Hogg usually 3 working days to complete media wall builds.

What are the stages to build a media wall?

One day build and 1st fix. One day for plastering. Drying time then one day for the 2nd fix and painting.

Our price starts from £2,300 which includes: Flat stud wall, 4 shelfs with lights included, plaster board, plastering, painting, new skirting board, TV and fire installation. (Fire and pullout TV bracket to be provided by the client).
