Ground clearance, sub base, construction, insulation, electrical connection, EPDM rubber roof, cladding, windows, flooring, guttering, fascia, external doors (French or bifold – your choice), plastering, decorating, heating, waste removal, delivery, and concrete. All in, every time.

Cladding style, window spec, flooring finish, paint colour, and your choice of French or bifold doors – all included in the price above, all worked through with you before we start.
Optional extras
Decking, internet connection, air conditioning, internal blinds, a media wall, internal storage room, a WC, a sauna or steam room, or a covered outdoor entertainment area. None of these are included as standard – we’ll price whichever ones you want at the site visit.
Electrics: connecting from your house is included. Longer runs or a new consumer board are priced at the site visit.
